Computer Suspends after 2 minutes

Hi. I recently reinstalled windows XP on my dell precision M70, and I have been having some trouble. After two minutes of inactivity, my laptop suspends. I would rather have this be 15 minutes. I have checked under properties->Screensaver->Power, and all the settings there are correct, and are all set to 15 minutes. I have also checked my BIOS, and the settings there are correct as well. Are there hidden power settings I don't know about? I am currently keeping this my computer from suspending by running BOINC on it, so my laptop doesn't suspend because it's busy, but this is not a good long term solution. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi Blazeix ... I have a Toshiba notebook which I too was having similar problems as you , Well I did find out that Toshiba does have its own program to make changes to these setting , Dell probably has something the same, Your best bet would be to try out Dell forum site , Google Dell forum

Check for "Dell Quickset" on your laptop. It's the Dell software similar to Toshiba's. There should be an icon in the System Tray/Notification Area for it. If not, running "quickset.exe" should fire it up.
