Im looking for a .3gp video cutting or editing program. I DO NOT want a converter, i want a cutting program. i cannot find any. all it is, is that ive record stuff on my phone sent it too my computer and i want too take certain parts out of the video, and possibly put music over them. as of yet i cannot find a program that can do this! can anybody help? if so send me an email!
