Where to get new Taskbar?

Hello all i am wondering where can i get a new taskbar to match my background....I want a newer style...i dont want to customize it i want a site to like download on that looks better than the stock ones..the taskar i am talking about is in the pic below

No...i mean like on my cousin cpu his taskbar is like black and the start button doesnt say start it just have the sign of the windows...its very different..I am wondering how he got it
