Windows patches.

HI, I got a kit of the patches installed on my PC.
One of them gets me annoying, it's to IExplorer that force me to click on
activeX object each time for activation that companent. Some activeX in Explorer does not work any longer.
The question is how I can remove this patch from my pc?
What is the name of this patch?
please advice.
