Random Restart...HELP!! I need my computer for my papers!

I've seen similar postings about random restart but I'm not sure if any of them apply to my case. My computer restarts randomly in the middle of my work. I tried to restart it in safe mode and it froze while loading.

Hello!
Please check your computer for virus. BEst use KIS from www.kaspersky.com, check Your updates, check your condensators at mainboard ( can look abnormal ).
