Angry Very Serious Problem

about 2 days ago I got a message on msn sayins "is this your picture?" and there was a link under it. stupidly enough i thought it was my friend sending it, but it was a virus. I clicked on the link, downloaded the file, and opened it. Then my computer crashed. Now every time I turn my computer, in 10 sec it restarts. so I found out that to make it stop doing that, I just have to turn of the internet. but every time my internet is turned on, my comp just restarts. luckily ive got another computer here.
now this sounds like a worm, and i found out i wasnt the only one who got this message. my friend told me the virus is called "my doom". so anyways i ran lots of antivirus programs such as ad-aware, spyware doctor, spy bot search and destroy and trojan remover. of course they did find viruses such as Win.32 and i took care of that. but I am still geting the same problem. and i even tried to put on the windows firewall to block whatever its causing, but it says it has a problem opening it. i really need this internet problem fixed. I really need your help, so please help me out and tell me what i should do to fix this problem.

well ive tried everything and i found a few trojans and worms. got rid of them, and now even though my usb cable is connected, my other computer does not recognize that its there. im guesing the virus deleted some files or something like that. because when i had the virus, i had internet but my comp restarted every 10 sec as i mentioned before. now that its deleted, or at least i think it is, i still cant go on my internet because my comp does not read that its connected. some of the viruses i had were: TrojanDrop:Win32/Bagle.DG.dr (something like that)
and Wind32/Bagle.CC@mn and Win32.worm.WB.AW
anyways i need to get this fixed, so please help me out here.

Have you tried pinging your troubled computer from the one that works???

How many scans have you done on the troubled computer???

I had a worm that caused my computer to be severely slow when booting it up. I used AVG to identify the viruses and manually deleted them. Used Ad-Aware to check for malware as well. After a few scans from both software, it works fine. It sounds like your computer still has a few viruses.

I'd suggest trying the software mentioned above.

Try and run an online virus scan from norton website

dont'get me wrong, I don't know how accurate it is at finding things, but its worth a shot.

I think you need to use IE aswell
