Jpg error

This is what it looks like

I'm almost certain this happened when I uninstalled something, can't remember what.

And this is what happens when I check the Registry

Same happens with .jpe, .jpeg.
What can I do to return it to its original state?
Can I make a new key to them? If so what are they?

You more than likely inadvertently uninstalled your image viewer.

Re-associate your image files to Windows Picture and Fax Viewer - Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types. Then select all your image extensions, one at a time, click change, select the aforementioned program, Apply and OK your way out.

Alternatively, download and install a free image viewing program, such as IrfanView, which will re-associate your image files.

Ou install the program you uninstalled.
