weird DLL file !!

Hi, recently i posted a thread about an undeletable dll extension set of files acquired from dloadin a videp codec v 9.0

i runned an antivirus scan and it says the cause is Sheriif or some virus like that

luckily i used a program hijackthis and was able to delete the undeletable folder, but a sign comes up (which was previously there when igot the virus) saying critical error,

does this mean i have to go to physically every user and delete folder? or is it because there are some hidden folders i need to delete or how is it?

The icon (critical error) brings up a page virusbuster...even if right clicked..so does that mean i have spyware? if so how can i delete?

Sounds to me like you're still infected.
