Unhappy multimedia audio controller-need driver

there's no sound coming out from my laptop after a virus attack (W32.Spybot.Worm) It still attacking now. everytime i open my laptop there's moro and more file goes to quarantine. Untill my laptop has no sound.
there's a big yellow questionmark stated there multimedia audio controller. And it say there are no driver install. wat should i do?

Follow the instructions.

That virus is commonly spread by using P2P file-sharing networks like Limewire.

Advice:

1. Always have a trustworthy antivirus program installed and keep it up to date.

2. Don't use file-sharing networks, especially if you don't have any anti-virus. That is asking for trouble.
