Visitor Access to admin files
Dear People
I have an issue that I thought was simple but I can't figure it!!
I have a new Laptop - It runs on MCE (Microsoft Entertainment Centre - I presume it is simply a version of Home XP).
I have 2 hard drives, it is Vista ready and 1gb of ram.
During set up of the pc I began as administrator and created a main account (also an admin) and a visitor account.
However, although the Visitor is only limited, has a different desktop to mine and own folders etc, if I 'Explore All Users' (right click Start), the visitor can access all other files and folders in my personal main admin account. It should to my knowledge, deny access to the admin accounts, but does not! These files are not in my Shared Folder, however can still be accessed!!
Additionally, I have 2 harddrives, C and D - is it possible to password lock one of the drives?
And finally, I have read that folders cannot be 'un-shared' (via r-click, properties, file sharing) unless the drive is formatted as NTFS. My drives are FAT32. Does anyone know a way around this?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
