Installing XP over another program!

Quick one
Does anyone know of the outcome if I install XP Pro over my XP MCE?
Will I lose all of my MCE settings/ MCE program?
Will I lose any programs I have recently installed (ie - Internet connection and
Windows Msg??)
Or will it install and run MCE normally??
Ciao

Windows MCE is built over XP Professional, you will lose all your settings.
