configure windows xp pro networking???

Well, first i have to tell you that i have a network with 1 windows nt 4.0 server, windows 98, 95, me (clients) everything "works" well, i have tcp/ip protocol, netbeui, and fixed ip in each of the terminals.
My domain is "Ferreteria1"
my host is "Imsa"
I have 3 workgroups "ventas", "contabilidad", "sistemas"

My problem is this I have acquired a computer with windows xp profesional, and i don´t know how to add this computer to the network, in fact i want to add this computer to the workgroup "ventas", but i don´t get how to do it, i know it is easy for win 98/95/me but i get confused in xp becouse it is a OS more detailed in networking,

please help me.
