DELL inspiron 8600: LCD Inverter Detection Test Fail

My laptop DELL inspiron 8600 LCD screen is blank and here is the test result.

LCD Inverter Detection Test
Test result - Fail
Error Code: 1000_0323
Msg: unable to detect inverter lamp status

I can use CRT but would like to have LCD screen back. What part I need to buy? and where I can buy them?

Not too familiar with the 8600, but I have replaced a lot of LCD panels.

Best bet the backlight is dead (happens a lot).
