Guess What..another Sound Problem!

Hi Barbara,you may be my last chance.Just stumbled upon this site by accident.As with ZILLIONS of others I too have no sound coming from my speakers.This started after I upgraded to Windows XP from I think Windows Professional.There are 2 yellow question marks appearing beside the Multimedia Audio Controller and VGA Controller.It says no drivers have been installed for these and gives a Code 28.I have tried to use the Hardware Update Wizard to search the net but it comes back saying it cant find the drivers!Surely they must be someone.Now heres where it gets really difficult for you!.I'm a complete beginner and unlike many of these previous posts dont know what system information to give you or where to find it.Can you tell me exactly what you need and where to find it.My email is MikeyCalvert39@aol.com or you can post back on here.Thanks a lot,Mikey xx PS Bet youre getting sick of replying to the same old problem but its Windows fault I think,noone elses!
