Spyware, unknown virus, don't know

First of all, I'd like to say "hi" I'm new here. I'm having rly annoying problems on my PC recently.
Icons r not displayed correctly- they r in black corners. A screenshot will say what I mean;

Well..that's not the only problem on my desktop. Some "pop ups" or something are on my desktop, they cover my desktop wallpaper, so I can't see any pictures. I don't know how to describe it, so I'll just post a screenshot.

It would appear that you have a number of trojans. I.e. Outlook.exe is in not located in C:\Program Files\outlook; it's located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office.......

In addition, O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sif9b7dc] RUNDLL32.EXE w58971d8.dll,n 0069b7d60000000a58971d8 does not look good, at all. sif9b7dc would appear to be a randomly generated file created by an infection and/or malware.

See my reply; the third post: -

Hijack this logfile

I would also strongly recommed that you completely uninstall either AVG or Panda, as having two Anti-Virus applications running at the same time is detrimental, and they would more than likely conflict with each other. Note: I'm not referring to AVG 7.5 AntiSpyware, but AVG Free. Personally, I would keep AVG Free, uninstall Panda, and install Sygate Firewall in place of Panda's Firewall. Your choice at the end of the day.

Also, update your Java to jre1.5.0_09.

jazz is correct. That Outlook.exe is, in fact, a hallmark of the Alcra worm which needs special removal.

Further, your log is somewhat littered with other malware which will need addressing.

If you don't get help elsewhere post back here.

No! Do NOT delete this entry. It is AVG 7.5 AntiSpyware, formerly ewido Antispyware. Leave it well alone.
