i don't know what dll i have to install

i have a hacked windows and i can not see my tv program with my tv-turner,i am sure that are a few dll that are missing , what should i install, what dll,the bad thing is that it doesn't give me any error so i have no idea what is missing,i don't wanna change the windows that i have beacause it's very very fast,please help me!!!!! my email adress is alyn_nic@yahoo.com, just in case.
