It's not giving the motherboard, can you look for a 6 digit serial number, will be on a label on the tower, or
Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section

Open Everest - expand Computer - select Summary - select Report - Quick Report - HTML . The report opens, using mouse hold the left button and starting at all above Debug-PCI - highlight all the text - when highlighted right lick mouse - select Copy.

These are the drivers for the board, 2 audio shown SiS 7012 which is shown in the report and Realtek AC'97 , you will need to try both, go with the SiS first as this is for an older board
http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/M...ProductID=1404

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions

What make and model do you have if not sure Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates.
