Strange Dialogue box at startup

When my PC boots, just before the welcome screen comes on, a large white dialog box appears about 5inch square. This box has a title on it that changes nearly every time on a restart. This title of the box is in an unrecognizable language to me. Inside this box there are a few words that again change every time i start my PC, but mostly the box is empty. These words are also unrecognizable.
After i click OK on the bottom of the box, my system starts normally. If i leave my PC long enough the computer eventually starts on its own and the box go's away, but that second option takes a lot longer for my system to start
I will post my HijackThis log next.
