Anyone know a software that can record what you do on your pc? ive got a problem with my scrollbar (six months now) and i find it hard to explain what the specific problem is. So i thought i could record the problem then upload it to the web and hopefully someone will have the answer...

I use CamStudio occasionally. Free and fairly simple way to record all screen activity to AVI. Full screen or you can set it to record an area of the screen you outline. Here:

And if you DON'T mean screen activity, then you must mean log files.
