? need help badly windows media player 11

hi i have windows xp broadband 4 meg connection. using wmp 11 no i cant see the videos only hear the sound ive tried uninstall reinstall checked in tools options on player the video acceleration thing is unchecked as some orther guy on here called pablo had same issue and i read through that letter and tried all that sadly wivout sucess. but strange thing is on anorther site called tv timewarp i can see and hear everything but on mymovies.net sadly no pictures on the trailers only sound. so if itplays there why not on that site also on the wmp itself the trailers same thing. and for some reason sometimes it open wiv actmovie like a mini version of wmp but still no sound really strange hope some 1 can help here. its driveing me mad
