Control which programs load on startup?

How do I change which programs load at Windows startup? I've done it before but it's been awhile.

I don't need Quicktime or Adobe Photoshop to begin at startup anymore.

Start -> Run. Type in the box "msconfig", without the quotes. Okay. Then hit the startup tab.
