Post Bios logo changing

i have a award bios chip v.4.51. i wanted to change the epa logo to a funny one. i did what all website told me.
1)download cbrom
2)get awdflash utility
3)bios file for my mainboard
4)*******.epa(the picture)
I made the system disk and put these files in the floppy disk. booted from disk and typed A:\>cbrom *****.bin /epa *****.epa
(cbrom bios file /epa picture) it showed that it was at 31.9% adding the epa. then it went back to A:\>. i thought everything was ok, so i flashed my bios. restarted. and there was no picture at all! what did i do wrong? i followed everything these websites told me.
useful websites:
http://www.flazh.de/bmptoepa/english/bmptoepa.htm
http://users.cybercity.dk/~dsl6178/bios/Bioslogo.html

and i heard that there is a windows utility that can change the epa logo without going into bios.its called "Bios logo changer"
