AverMedia TV Tuner Won't Work

Hi guys I have a avermedia bt878 internal tv tuner card and i just download the driver from softpedia.com and its driver installation is successfull. Now when i install its application to run aver media tv tuner but xp error say this program cannot be run in a dos mode and option are close & Ignore. If i click ignore then program close if i close then program close.
