"Importing" local user to domain

Hi
I have a network of 2 XPSP2 Pro PCs, and I'm planning to add a Windows 2003 server to my network. My question is, once I install the OS and establish an active directory, is it possible to convert/import the local users on each PC (I only have one user account with admin rights on each PC) into the AD? This would save me much trouble of moving all my data and settings around.

Thanks

You can copy data from profiles to C drive (as long as it isnt the user currently logged on). Once server is setup, copy data across. I did that when creating roaming profiles.

copy which files?

Do you mean making a copy (say on my laptop) of the user's directory (eg copying files from user to user.domain)?
