Exclamation Bsod Ndis.sys - Realtek

as i posted before i got the bsod shortly after installing my bt home hub. I removed this, and the same problem is still occuring. Nothing new inside my computer has been installed. I am using a realtek "rtl8139/810x family fast ethernet NIC" on sp2. I have also reinstalled this driver as this is what is used for my ethernet cable, but still i get the ndis.sys bsod.It is including DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, NDIS.SYS. i have read help sites about this, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me? thanks.

Ditto....

I too am getting a BSOD in ndis.sys on a fresh Vista Machine.
My mobo is a MSI P35 Platnium, which has a Realtek net-port.

No solution yet... but if I learn anything, I'll post here.

-Thx.

bsod

I assume you're running a vista machine. Go to Microsoft.com and search "bsod realtek" I hope this helps. I guess this is what they mean when they say vista will not work with a lor of devices. Good Luck Lenny

solved

I to had BSOD with NDIS.SYS on a brand new PC and Vista 64. (perhaps 3 times in 24 hour)

MB GA-P35 (Realtek NIC). Microsoft had no solution and new driver, but after installing the latest driver from http://www.realtek.com.tw The problem is solved
