Admin Controls!!! Or lack of them

tried to do a few Administrator things recently - CNTRL ALT DEL for the task manager, system restore and even loading a programme all of which have been disabled by the system administrator.

I dont remember doing that! Anyone have any ideas?

check your user account status in Control Panel. In needs to be a "Computer Administrator" account to do any of those things.

Also, make sure you have Full Administrative Control, here's how >>

Go to Start>Run>Regedit, then in the Registry Editor select and Highlight "HK_Local_Machine". Then go to Edit>Permissions, and make sure that the Administrators group has "Full control" selected.
Also, click on "Advanced" to add/remove permissions or set up special ones.
