Audio Controller !!!

Well i think i may of accidentaly delted something, all my sound does now is beep that comes from the computer ! it says somthing about no audi contraller Please can some one help me.

You probably need to re-install the audio driver.

This page takes you directly to all the drivers for your Dell Dimension 2400.

if you expand the "audio drivers" (click the '+' sign) it shows 3 possible sound devices, only one of which is the right one for your system. I'm assuming you need the driver for integrated audio, which is the first one "Analog Devices ADI 198x Integrated Audio". Click on that to download the driver. When you've got it, double-click the file to start the installer.
