You need to install the video card drivers. If the computer is a Dell, those drivers will be on a disk, probably labeled "Resource," that came with the computer.

Otherwise, if there is no disk that came with the computer with video drivers or graphic drivers or something similar on the label, you'll need to know the make and model of the video card (called Display Adapter in Device Manager) in order to download the correct drivers from the card's manufacturer's website.

If you don't know that information, download, install and run Belarc Advisor (it's free). It will inventory your computer and hopefully tell you the make and model of the video card.

ReInstall your monitor drivers and graphics card video drivers. If you dont know how to do that, go to the manufacturor websites and get the latest drivers.

you can go to your control panel/ system / device manager and see if the graphics driver is listed. It may provide you with sufficient information.

Last resort
Turn off your computer disconnect the power completey, ensure you are wearing rubber soled sneakers or shoes and standing on a non-static surface and remove your graphics card to view the manufacturors stamp.

That is because this is your Main Board model #. You do not have an AGP graphics card. What you are requesting is the video drivers for your onboard graphics component. Since this was a hand-me-over computer he probably did not provide you with your systems disk. You can try this URL and download all your drivers though I am not sure exactly which model you have, there are several. http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_search.asp

ja, tell me exactly what model you have and I can help you. I told you there are several model types of your MB, I need you to match your model identification with one of those models on the URL and I will get you to a driver download page.

If this is what your main board looks like you have the MSI 845PE MAX
http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p...E_Max&class=mb
System drivers for this main board are right here.
http://www.msicomputer.com/support/TechSupport.asp
Even if it isn't, it doesnt matter MSI uses a current version update program, all their motherboards run off the same drivers with the live bios. Good luck, enjoy.

You need to remove that Belarc file download from Sendspace as soon as possible. It contains the product key for your installation of XP. That is not a number you want other people to get hold of.

Never mind, ignore me, I fixed it. And concerning you, do you have a laptop or a home computer? Seriously, this is important.
