Angry No Audio device working XP

I used AVG and it showed there was a trojan horse downloader Agent
A0119967.EXE in the volume files.
It removed this but I have no audio working.
Any help would be appreciated

Probably just needs the correct sound-driver re-installing, but we need to know the make/model of the sound-card if it's a removable PCI type, or the make/model of mobo if it's built on to the mobo (integrated), or make model of computer if it's a 'big brand' name like Packard Bell, Dell etc.
