TaskBar And TaskBar Icons Dissapear..!!

I Am Running Windows Xp With Service Pack 1, It's Running On A E-Machines 1.8ghz Celeron With 256mb DDR Ram, The Problem I Am Having Is Occasionally My Task Bar At The Bottom Of The Screen Along With My Icons On The Desktop Then Re-Appear Some Seconds Later Sometimes With A 'Send Error Report To Microsoft' Box....When The Taskbar Re-Appears Some Icons Near The Clock Do Not Re-Appear With Them...
