Little problem with a Stubborn File

Ok... I was using limewire, Yes yes I know... The Virus cestpool of the Internet... anyway as I was saying. I downloaded a Wallpaper and Well now... It has a BLANK File extention... I have been looking up how to get rid of it for a week now, CMDPromt wont work... safe mode wont work... I get No Error messege trying to Delete it... its just that nothing happens... I cant Move Copy Paste Cut Send Rename Open Or save over the file... Its impossible for me so I need a Bit Of Help... if anyone can help me that would be great

If Any other information is needed I will Be back on tomorrow to answer any questions Leading to the removel of this File... (btw... its SUPPOSED to be a Jpg cause thats the Icon for it... but when opned... with Windows Picture and fax viewer... shows an Untitled blank set of the Program.)

and Have yet to Use MoveOnBoot because I have had bad Experiances with Programs promissing to do something like that.

This little software has helped me out in this situation many times, it will enable the file to be deleted no matter what it is, if it can't do it while windows is running, it will do it on startup. Also some cool other features such as when a program is using a file enabling it to stop the said program using the file.

UPDATE: Unlocker wont work...

It needs me to be able to select in the Right click of the File in question

all I can do with right click is

Preview
Edit
Print
Open with...>
Send to...>


as I said... the File is obviously a piece of Crap and a Major pain to get rid of... Thanks for any help given and any further to come
