Take a look at this from Ati, you need the M$ Netframework installed, check Control Panel - Add/Remove programes, if Net Framework not installed then get here, then go to Win Updates there is a Hotfix to this driver you need to install as well.

you may also need the chipset driver from ASRock, it's listed as the AGP driver

if the Ati driver will still not install you may have to do it manually, post back if you need more help
