Mapped network drives

From "my computer", when I double-click on a mapped network drive, on some of my machines, instead of going into that mapped drive, xp brings up a dialogue box asking which program to use to open this file.

The only way I can get into the drive from this machine is to right-click on it and click open....any ideas?

Hi, have you tried to map another folder to see if it happens to that one as well?
