Outlook Express 6.0

Can you tell me if there is a setting to change on my Outlook so that when I send a picture attachment, it does not show up in the body before it is opened by the recipient? As of now, when I send a picture, I send it as an attachment, however it when it is received, it is received as an attachment and also as an oversized picture, already opened below the text I have written.

Thanks so much for your help! Ann

Whether it arrives as an attachment or in the body of the message is dependent on the email software's settings at the receiver's end. If they have theirs set up to view pictures in the body of the message, there's nothing you can do on your end to change that.
