Is there anyone can tell me what problem is my pc ?

Is it virus? Trojan or my pc own problem??

When I login my pc, its pop up a message as below :

"Error Loading : C:\WINDOWS\System32\winsys16_070320.dll
Access Denied"

HELP HELP HELP !!!!!!!!
