Blue Screen on Bootup

On my computer I keep getting a blue screen everytime I boot up. The error says "PROCESS_INTIALIZATION_FAILED." I'd really like to know how to fix this. It's been working fine, the last things I did to this computer were work on Homework in MS Word and Plug in an iPod to charge it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it occurs during that Windows XP Boot up screen.

I haven't been able to read the lower part of the error with the codes because the error flashes on the screen for a split-second. I took video to get to get to see the "PROCESS_INITIALIZATION_FAILED" Part. I'll try to get a whole picture of the screen if I can.

Thanks for any help in advance.

More Details:

1. I can't get into safe mode, the same error occurs, same deal with lst known good configuration.

2. I've tried booting with the iPod plugged in, and it didn't help.

if you have Recovery Genius OR norton goback or roxio goback remove them from your computer.
you would also get a stop error code..post that stop error code to get the exact resolution

when you start your computer keep taping F8 continuously..you will reach windows advaced startup options..in that option select disable auto restart on system failure press enter and the blue scrren of error will stay on ur screen and not disappear....so you dont have to use a camera
