how to sort isass.exe error

i try to open my one of folder in my PC. noe i'm using McAfee anti virus scanner. when i try to opne this folder it give the Virus alert & give tha massage " Unable to create process". this folder now like exe file. but in side folde thire is no any exe files. it give the massage that isass.exe in "C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM 32". when i try to unchek "Hide extension for known file type" & "Hide protection oparating system file" in the folder option it not working. it allways getting cheked. now i want to uncheck those option in the folder option and stop that isass.exe error. please any one can help me.
