Missing Audio Device

Smile Missing Audio Device

I believe it to be 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Def Audio however im not completely sure... my system specs are:

PS: I have visited Dell's site and tried all of the audio DownLoads there however; none of them have worked... including R122161 or the SIGMALTEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Driver... Thanks again in advance!
