Windows XP broadband connection

I try to connect to the office network via broadband in Windows XP Prof. I am able to receive things from the office; however, it is not able for me to send anything, for example, send mails via web interface.

In fact, all the things are OK if I change it to dialup connection under Win XP. In addition, the broadband connection is also good under Windows 2000, send and get are perfect.

Is there any tricky things when using broadband to do a VPN connection? Is it due to QoS?

Please help!
