I need to reinstall the missing file, MSVCR80.DLL. It is important to c:windows\frame work\v2.0.50727\app launch.exe Is their an easy way to correct this missing file.

Re-install the .net Framework 2.0. That will install the missing file.

first check Win Update, custom, if need it will be available, you can also get here from M$ http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
