outlook express_saving messages

Used to be if I had an email I wanted to save on my desktop (not draft folder) to send out copies of this email to multiple addresses later I could save it and when I opened it at a later date it would be ready to add addresses ad send. Now all my saved messages, when opened, don't allow me to add addresses / reciepients. Has anybody seen this before or have any suggestions?

Hi ... When you open any of your saved emails ? Can't you use the " Forward " option ? Or are you saying you don't have the forward option ?

I can simply forward the message but I'm sure there is another way. When I save and forward the message I have to delete the "original messgae" header and other info. I know I didn't have to do that in the past but I can't remember how I did it.
I used to be able to "save as" a mesage and when I opened it up at a later date to send the receipients field, etc, was already there.
