Activity Monitor Needed - Please Help

Hey all, I am looking for an Activity monitor for my computer.

Exactly what do I want?

A screen saver with a multiple user function that creates a log file that reads something like this. . .

5/7/2007 12:30am : User 1 Logged in
5/7/2007 12:38am : User 1 Went Idle

5/7/2007 06:00am : User 2 Logged in
5/7/2007 07:00am : User 2 went idle


Do any of you know of some sort of program that will do this. I would want it to be a freeware program but do not mind paying a small fee for the application.

We are trying to budget time on the computer and find out exactly how much time is actually spent on the computer, the honor system apparently is not working so I figure with a program like this I would be set.

I do not want something however that is going to be as intrusive as key strokes and history of what was done on the computer.

I looked into that one however it is to intrusive to the people who use the computer. I am looking for something that only records the active time on the computer and supports multiple users.
