Monitor Wont Connect

Hi there,

I have a new TFT monitor attached to my computer but everytime i turn my computer on it says no signal and i have to turn it on and off at least 3 times.

This also happens if the computer is left for any length of time and agian i have to turn it on and off agian at the monitor.

Any ideas??
