Wink Computer Keeps Crashing!!

Please can you help me...

I have had my PC for around 3 years and no problems. All of a sudden it keeps crashing and and when i connect to windows error reporting it says i should consider BIOS upgrade. I have got the full wording from windows but it basically says, that the basic input/output BIOS system version does not match the specification for the CPU. I have never changed anything and it is as i bought it.

Should i consider BIOS upgrade and how do i do it?

Any ideas??

Model is ADVENT T9201
My comp is TRIGEM COMPUTER Advent series Ver 1.0
Windows XP Home
3.40 e GHz hyper threading Intel pentium 4
512 NB DDR
250 GB SATA HDD (7200RPM)
ATI radeon 9550 256MB
Bus clock 200 megahertz
BIOS Phoenix LTD 6.00 PG 05/11/2004
Realtek AC97 Audio

Not sure what else you may need to help me but i have printed out a Belarc Adviser print.

Thanks for your time and help i need it
