cannot download anything adn can't see download link

i really need help...i can't seem to download anything 'n' don't know what the problem is. some say i need to switch my java on but it's already switched and still i cannot download. also i can't seem to see the download link but i don't wat to do
if anyone know how to solve this problem, please tell me, thank heaps!!
