Every time I start my Internet the svchost error window open
and I got this error message "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x5fe2a138."

If I click Ok or Cancle my internet connection is disconected but actual the connection is working and when I try to disconnect it the command is not working.

I also have a similar problem. I receive a pop-up message every time I plug a USB device. The error says "USB has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I can still use the USB device though after clicking close but the message is annoying. Is this a virus or a problem with the computer?

Anyone please help...
