Need help!!!!

Hi
I have a Samsung A10 laptop, running Windows XP SP2 now. Problem is I keep getting ntosknrl.exe warning!!!!(I THINK)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe. NT KERNEL & SYSTEM

I've tried repairing the problem but the system recovery cd is only SP1.

Can anyone help me without the CD please??
