Wow! my english is bad so hope you guys can understand

I just install windows XP pro
and before i install it i had everything working fine
but now my computer is all
slow everytime when i scroll down
in Internet or in my desktop :O
i went to see what was wrong and
tell me

i dont know whats wrong
