Windows XP Problem

I have a "Knight Dreamer" as it is called. I purchased it from a video game magzine a long time ago from I Buy Power. I don't have any sort of cd to restore it. When I boot it up, it does all its loading and goes to the "Start Windows normally" along with other options like safe mode and such. Clicking either one of them doesn't work, just goes to a blank screen. What do I do?

Am I reading you right ... you can't boot up? Not even to safe mode?

What has Knight Dreamer go to do with the problem? Please clarify and we'll take it from there.
