Can't stop MS picture manager from loading

Windows XP home 2002, have uninstalled the above, searched for any files with that name...none found, but it loads everytime I start my comptutor...where is it, how do I stop it!?!

1. Go to 'Start'->Run.
2. Type MSCONFIG and press [Enter]
3. Click the 'Startup' tab
4. From the list, find the entry which refers to MS Picture Manager. I don't have it installed so I can't say what the entry is called exactly.
5. Untick that entry and click OK
6. Restart PC
7. You'll get a pop-up window when the Desktop loads. Just tick the box "Don't show this everytime Windows starts" and the pop-up won't appear again unless you disable another startup item via the above method.
